Data Collection on Our Website

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies." They are automatically deleted after your visit ends. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or generally, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies that are necessary for carrying out the electronic communication process or for providing certain functions you have requested (e.g., shopping cart function) are stored based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are stored, they are treated separately in this privacy policy.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:

Browser type and version

Operating system used

Referrer URL

Hostname of the accessing computer

Time of the server request

IP address

This data will not be combined with data from other sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including your contact information provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to exist (e.g., after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Processing of Data (Customer and Contract Data)

We collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for establishing, content-related structuring, or modifying the legal relationship (inventory data). This is based on Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures. We collect, process, and use personal data about the use of our websites (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Plugins and Tools

Google Web Fonts

This website uses web fonts provided by Google for the consistent rendering of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into its browser cache to display text and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, your browser must establish a connection to Google's servers. This allows Google to learn that our website was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy.

Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our contact forms from spam messages, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. This external service is primarily used to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or by automated and malicious processes. The service includes sending your IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The separate privacy policy of Google Inc. applies.  Further information on the privacy policy of Google Inc. can be found at www.google.de/intl/de/privacy or www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

If you have consented to the use of Google reCAPTCHA during your first visit to our website, you can revoke this consent at any time and disable Google reCAPTCHA in your settings. In this case, we will disable the protection of our contact forms for your visit to our website.
